Handmade felt lamp

I named this lamp "Flower Lamp".

The lampshade is made out of felt and plastic paper at the back as support, and the structure inside of the shape is made of wire.

This 20 inches table lamp is a perfect size and proportion for a side table next to a seating area or a bed side table. Light comes out through felt texture glows gently and provides warm atmosphere to the room. The texture and a clean look of the lamp let it blend into Scandinavian and Mid Century Modern style well, in addition to it, dynamics this lamp shade has brings accent to the space.

I am satisfied creating the lamp shade for $50.10. There are some lamps in the industry such as Felt Lamp from Tom Dixon for $464.10. This lamp is made of felt too although it does not have the same shape. For another example, IKEA carries VARV lamp for $79.99. It is made of nylon, but it has almost exactly same size. Making own lamp with felt fabric for $50.10 and with 11.75 hours is productive after all.
